About GameLabs Sweden AB
Project memory should survive the people who first held it.
DragonKeep Studio is built by GameLabs in Sweden for narrative teams responsible for worlds that outlive drafts, tools, vendors, handoffs, and individual memory.
Why DragonKeep exists
Narrative continuity is a production dependency.
Worlds become difficult to govern when the source of truth is split across files, systems, and institutional memory. DragonKeep makes the evidence behind a narrative decision inspectable and keeps the reviewed resolution with the change.
The current commercial focus is Studio, which is in its pilot stage: a paid design partner pilot that opens with a canon-risk audit and credits in full toward an annual per-seat license. Systems is in early access with design partners; Creator remains exploratory work, not an equal promise in the primary buying journey.
Operating principles
Proof over confidence
Answers and findings should expose their source support, disagreement, and limits.
Humans decide canon
DragonKeep helps responsible owners review evidence; it does not appoint a model as creative authority.
Governed change
Important edits should be reviewable, revertible, and accompanied by the reason they were accepted.
Accountability begins before content moves.
Deployment, model path, access, retention, export, and deletion are part of the engagement scope. Marketing language follows the architecture agreed with the customer.
