1. Public Website
This website is operated by GameLabs Sweden AB (“GameLabs”, “we”, “us”). You may use it to learn about DragonKeep and contact us about a demo, canon-risk audit, pilot, or deployment.
2. Engagement Agreements Control
A DragonKeep audit, pilot, license, hosted service, or customer-hosted deployment begins only under signed commercial terms. The applicable order form, statement of work, service agreement, data-processing terms, and security schedule control over this public website if there is any conflict.
3. Pricing and Scope
Published founding-program prices describe the standard scope shown on the Pricing and Audit pages. No purchase is completed through this website. Final scope, tax, invoice timing, acceptance criteria, credits, deployment costs, and exclusions are confirmed in a signed order.
4. Your Content
Customers retain their rights in project content. Any limited license or processing right needed for an engagement is defined in the signed agreement and is limited to delivering the contracted service. Export, return, retention, and deletion obligations follow that agreement.
5. Findings and Human Review
DragonKeep provides evidence and findings for review. Automated contradiction detection is not represented as exhaustive, and DragonKeep does not decide what is canon. Customers remain responsible for creative, production, legal, and release decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
DragonKeep software, website content, trademarks, and related materials belong to GameLabs or their respective licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as permitted by law or a signed agreement.
7. Website Availability and Information
The public website is provided as available. We may change its content, founding offer, or availability. We aim for accuracy but do not make contractual warranties through marketing copy.
8. Governing Law
These website terms are governed by Swedish law. A signed customer agreement may contain its own dispute and venue terms.
