What you take away
A clear list of the material included, any missing sources, and questions about which version your team considers current.
Potential continuity conflicts with supporting passages, plus a human-reviewed shortlist of up to 20 findings to work through.
A session with us to discuss the findings and your team’s decisions. Hands-on onboarding lets you see whether the same review would help on the next batch.
Small enough to finish
We agree the material, the upcoming handoff, and what a useful review looks like before starting. The initial review runs over ten business days.
The starting scope is up to 500 files or 300,000 words. We confirm the final boundary together, including how your files are handled and returned or deleted.
Keep the findings whether or not you continue. If you choose an annual Studio license, the full $500 pilot fee is credited.

No. Start by describing the project and the next handoff. We’ll agree which existing files are useful for the review. There’s no need to replace your writing tools or send project content with your first note.
Open the relevant passages, work through the continuity questions, and record the decisions with your team. The review gives your writers and reviewers shared context for the next handoff.
We can scope a wider engagement together. Multiple projects, custom connections, and special hosting or support needs are agreed separately.
Your next handoff
A few lines about your project and next handoff are enough. We’ll help you find a useful place to start.
