For Studio, start with a continuity review of one project. The $500 pilot includes hands-on onboarding, and the fee is credited toward your first annual license.

A few useful answers
People who edit the shared world need an editor seat. The rest of the team can use free viewer seats to read, search, and get answers. A three-editor Studio team pays $900 per year when billed annually.
You decide whether to continue. If you take an annual Studio license, the $500 pilot fee is credited in full. If you stop, you keep the review findings and we follow the agreed content return or deletion arrangements.
